We at The Capitol Theatre (“The Cap”) are connected to you by our love for experiencing live music together and our commitment to supporting the democratic process. This means that sharing is one of our highest values. But maintaining the privacy of the personal information you entrust to us is just as important. This Privacy Policy explains how we use and share personal information we collect through the website (the “Website”).

By using this Website and submitting any information to us through it, you are accepting the practices we describe here.
